TWENTY MINUTES MEALS DURING SUMMER !!!!

So I have been away for a while but I am back and kicking ….. Lol....
I pray …....... I laugh............. I live …..............
Today is all about the 20 minutes meal we can cook during the summer.
It will be fast and good for you and the kiddos.
During this hot season, we do not want to be standing by the stove for hours..... NO WAY !!!!
My kiddos are picky eaters............ OMG sometimes it's like they each want a different meal. Who has time to cater to three (3) different people ….
I find, they love grilled food.... So as a part of my 20 mns meal plan I always do :
Grilled salmon, grilled chicken, grilled shrimp or stir fried …... I also cook for them pork chops and steak ( this one maybe 1 time a week)
To the above I will add..... potatoes, yup ….. it can be mashed or baked....
Sometimes Basmati rice …..
Pasta is always a winner with everyone ….. and it takes about (10 mns ) to cook.....
Add ons will be corn, green beans ….
Sometimes I just like to do big salads, and toss, the chicken, or shrimp in there.
So there you have it.... You can combine the above as you wish and make yourself the 20 mns meal that every mom delights in .
