Overwhelmed are you?
Hi everyone, Hope you are all healthy and striving and if you're not I am sure you will get there.
As for me, I am great, because I am blessed to be alive, to be healthy, to be loved, to be doing what I love, and just overall to have great plans to accomplish.
I do sometimes feel overwhelmed of course by life. Who doesn't right?
It's ok, believe me it is, to be overwhelmed, and to stay overwhelmed for a while, but remember.... stay like that for a very short time, always, always pick yourself up and continue. Even start over if you have to.
Every morning I wake up and thank God for another chance to get it right..... That's what life is all about. So what is overwhelming in your life? And what causes it ?
“Overwhelmed” usually implies physical or emotional exhaustion, in a negative way by default, unless the person experiencing these emotions indicates otherwise.
How can this be managed ?
The Key to beating overwhelm feelings is being prepared..... Yup hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
I use to be overwhelmed when I had to do laundry.... Yes, this is a lesser of things that someone can feel overwhelmed about, some stuff are very important.
Anyway, I am acing it now, I do 3 loads every Friday, I wash, dry and fold and put away..... DONE!!!!
So my laundry routine is : Weekly, and I do NOT, I repeat DO NOT leave anything unfolded or not put in it's place. This works for me. And I am loving the space that it has created for me. Somethings are more serious like balancing your life, being a mom and having to work a full time job, or even dealing with an illness of a love one…... Please feel free to email me or DM me about what is overwhelming you. I promise to get you the right tips to help cast that away.
As usual I have nothing but the best to wish you all. Thank you for being here weekly.

- First you need to identify the “stress” yup that is what brings on the overpowering feeling . So first step is identifying and knowing that the stress from this or that brought you to being overwhelmed.
- Secondly, find ways to manage it, be prepared, stress is unavoidable, unfortunately it happens without being announced it's kind of like a party crasher, they were not invited but they show up anyway lol....... So, find ways to manage it with meditation, yoga, exercise, or maybe just a time out sewing, watching tv, or whatever pleases you, just don't stay in the negative space.
- Thirdly, calm your brain, as your brain calms down so will the rest of your body and you will ease back to the regular feeling of being yourself.
