Natural Remedy.
Oh ! My goodness......this week has just gone by so fast. With all it's ups and downs, I feel so blessed and thankful to have lived through it, and I am absolutely looking forward to the amazing week ahead.
Although I have been feeling under the weather since Friday, I 'm still grateful for my busy life, it keeps me on my toes, keeps my brain cells working, above all keeps me happy and joyful.
The truth of the fact is:“I need some rest”, being burnt out is not a good thing. The #1 question on everyone's mind is :Who can rest when things are moving so fast? Well..... sometimes we just have no choice, we need to take it back a notch ..... in order to be the best of who we are.
NOTE TO SELF :You are special and needed by this world, take care of yourself, love yourself, be kind to yourself, and REST yourself, when you need it. Listen to your body, it will not lie to you.
I have explored so many natural remedies for this under the weather situation I have been living through, and I am here to share as usual. Please note, that natural remedies do not replace usual Medical Care.
What is a natural remedy? For those of you who don't know what that means :
Natural Remedies are medicinal products where the active ingredient is of natural origin and consists of an animal part, a bacterial culture, a mineral or a salt.
My absolutely favorite ones are the five (5) below, they help with our everyday discomfort that can arise from time to time, due to fatigue or viral infections:
There are absolutely many many more natural remedies, for other situations, such as arthritis, aching back, fever, warts.... I could go on forever ( DM or email for detailed list).
So, there you have it we live and we learn.... I am so excited about what I learn every day.... and I am amazed about the amount of knowledge that I have received just by being aware. Living in awareness is such a wonderful lifestyle, your life changes in all the areas that are dear to you.

- Ginger stops Nausea
- Better Sleep patterns are enhanced by Magnesium
- Sore Throat with honey and lemon tea ( this is what I am using right now for my soar throat)
- Peppermint Oil in your burner, or put in hot water and inhaled, will diminish headaches
- To alleviate anxiety, some chamomile tea
