Will you ever find your true mission in Life ?
Hey!! Hey !! Hey!! Hope all is well....
. For me I have had a very interesting week, lots of ups and downs, and on Saturday I finally crashed, YUP !!!! burnt out..... This explains this blog being out today and not yesterday.
My dear readers between work, pushing my new line, honor award ceremonies for the kiddos, volunteering etc.... Yup my body demanded rest !!!!! I had a crippling headache..........
Thank God, I am doing much better now.
Still resting cause the truth is we cannot do it all, sometimes we need to kick back and rest.
Today I want to talk about how to find your mission in life, that is if you are looking for it.
Know that, not everyone is ready to discover what their mission in life is, and not everyone is even searching. Most people are living day in day out and just going through the motions of life without really living.
It's sad but true.
I have just discovered so much on this journey of Life, I have learned so much from the good and especially from the bad. I can truly say how much the bad has been a blessing for me. In all the terribleness I have discovered such a strong, vibrate woman, filled with love and forgiveness and most of all faith in the goodness that surrounds her. You too have all these good things in your life even if they are not felt, they are there waiting for you to receive them.
My sharing today are a few lines from a book called :How to find your mission in Life by
Richard Nelson Bolles.
Pay attention !!! it is so interesting
“ In every situation that you find yourself, you have been sent there to do whatever you can – moment by moment -this will bring you more gratitude, more kindness, more forgiveness, more honesty, and more love to bring into this world.”
“ There are dozens of such moments everyday. Moments when you stand – as it were- at a spiritual crossroad, with two ways lying before you. Such moments are typically called moments of decision”.
“ It's always two roads before you. One that leads to less gratitude, less kindness, less forgiveness, less honesty, less love in the world. And the other that will lead to more gratitude, more kindness, more forgiveness, more honesty, more love in the world.”
Ultimately, your mission in life is to always choose at every moment the road that leads to more of everything, that can and will be shared with the world.
The choice is always right in front of us. We may choose not to listen to our intuitive voice and do other wise, but as we get older and realize that the only true way to survive is to be one with ourselves and true to ourselves to the point where faith is really where we are anchored .
Have a blessed week.
