Hi all!!! How was your weekend? I had lots to do as usual..... I am seriously thinking of a vacation, where I will do absolutely nothing.
I am the kind of person, that just love to stay active and when I have no activity, I feel weird..... but I have learned that it is ok to sit back and literally do nothing, just relax and do nothing... It helps your mental.
Besides that when you are very active doing it all, you just get tired, your energy gets low and it feels like your in slow motion.... Sounds familiar?
Sometimes it can be your spirit that is down, sometimes it's your body that is weary.
Either way you have to get back UP !!! Refuel your Energy....
If it is your spirit that is down, turn to what you believe in, whether it is God, the Universe, Meditation, Buddah..... Revisit where you are anchored and pull your spirit out of that dump.
You can practice : Affirmation, Meditation, Read your Bible.... Anything that makes you feel better and helps you find yourself.
If it is your body energy that is down.... Refuel naturally …... Some fruits can help with that, supplements …..
Somethings that will definitely help is to :
- Reduce Stress..... If it is someone that is causing stress, cut them off.... If it is work that is doing it, refocus... if it is life in general, change what you are doing and keep moving.....
- Eat Energy.... Eat foods that will boost your energy , like oats, fruits, yogurt, eggs.... Have a good breakfast
- Limit alcohol, and drink water …... ( less Wine for me …. Haha …)
- Get some good night sleep ( stop watching those movies late at night when the kids go to bed )
